A big update — Simple Account is faster, cleaner, and does a lot more:
• Drive backup, plus automatic daily backups and one-tap restore.
• Create invoices, receipts, quotations, cash memos, payment vouchers and more — each with your logo, signature, address and bank details. Choose a style and the generated PDF matches the preview exactly.
• Itemised documents with line items, discounts and multiple GST/tax rates (defined once in Settings). The "Bill To" block now shows your customer's address, phone, email and tax IDs. Edit a document after you make it.
• Reports: Profit & Loss, GST summary, Balance Sheet, Account Statement and outstanding/ageing — with custom date ranges and contact filters, plus a branded PDF header.
• Manage multiple books (accounts), each with its own currency, categories, taxes and payment methods.
• Available in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu and Bengali.
