Trip planning should not take three apps: the route in one, the budget in another, the documents in your inbox. Avare keeps the route, the packing list, the budget, the expenses, the documents and the notes in a single app — and everyone you invite sees the same trip plan.

Who paid what, who owes whom — Avare does the math. Split evenly, enter custom shares, or leave it on the payer. Totals stay correct even when currencies are mixed, so nobody has to chase anybody for cash when you get home.

• MULTI-STOP ROUTES
Each stop keeps its own dates, budget and currency: Istanbul to Kosovo (EUR 200) to North Macedonia (MKD 12,000) and home again. The city picker works fully offline — 170,000+ cities on your device.
• TRAVEL BUDGET TRACKER
A budget and a currency per stop, with manual exchange rates that work mid-flight. Cash and card are tracked separately, so you know what is actually left in your wallet. Big number pad, six categories, optional receipt photo.
• TRAVEL PACKING LIST
Templates by trip type (city, beach, winter, business) plus your own items. A categorized checklist with progress on your home screen: "14 of 20 packed." AI can also draft a packing list from your destination and season.
• TRAVEL DOCUMENT ORGANIZER
Passport, visa, tickets, reservations and insurance in one place. The PDF and photo viewer is fully offline, with landscape lock for QR codes at the gate, plus expiry warnings for passports and visas.
• TRAVEL JOURNAL AND GALLERY
Block-based notes (headings, lists, quotes, images) and a photo gallery for every journey. When you get home it is all still there: total spend, category breakdown, memories.

Finished journeys are drawn on a world map automatically. Countries, cities and days on the road, on one screen.
• NO ADS, NO DATA SELLING
Your trip content, photos and documents never leave your device; only the trips you open to sharing reach our server. To improve the app we collect usage events that contain no personal content — trip names, expense notes, journal content and location are never sent. Export your data as spreadsheet files any time, and delete your account from inside the app.
• WHAT IS FREE, WHAT IS AVARE+
Free: multi-stop planning, manual routes, packing lists, notes, gallery, passport map and sharing — with no limit. AI route generation is free once per install.
Avare+: unlimited AI routes, AI packing lists, day regeneration, extra stop suggestions, unlimited expenses and documents, and calendar export.
On the free tier expenses and documents have a quota: 5 expenses per trip (3 per person on a shared trip) and 1 document per trip.
"Avare" is Turkish for a free-spirited wanderer. The app lives up to it — independent, simple, loyal only to you. Install it, create your first plan, invite your friends.

This release rebuilds the interface around one idea: fewer things to figure out.
A guided tour on first launch. The app now shows you what to do instead of leaving you to guess.
Passport has been redrawn. The countries you have visited sit in a plate grid with their flags, and the "cities · days · trips" counts moved into the header instead of being printed twice.
Every confirmation and action sheet now comes from a single component, so the long-press menu and the confirmation sheet finally speak the same language.
Fixes:
• Leaving a shared trip did not work. It does now, and the trip row correctly says whether the action is "delete" or "leave".
• The home screen filter could land in a state where no trips were shown.
• Larger touch targets on the route preview close button, the add-expense plus, and the module action bar.
• The unselected tab icon did not have enough contrast in the light theme.
Session end and trip ownership are now separate, so you can take a trip back after handing it over.
