Your friends' check-ins now arrive on their own, without a pull to refresh, and the list tells you how fresh it is. Waves and body-double asks no longer vanish into nothing. Each one shows whether it sent and retries once if the network drops. Every gesture in your inbox now shows when it was sent, down to the minute, instead of an hour of "just now". If sync ever gets stuck, Settings tells you, and there's a reset that clears local data without touching anything on the server.
