ASK INMA is a private AI-powered answer engine created for the International News Media Association (INMA). The application allows media professionals to search, analyse, and interact with INMA’s exclusive archive using natural language questions. Instead of browsing thousands of documents manually, users can receive contextual AI-generated answers based only on INMA knowledge resources. ASK INMA is not a general-purpose AI assistant like ChatGPT. It is a dedicated answer engine focused exclusively on INMA content and designed specifically for the news media industry. The system processes and retrieves information from: conference presentations, best practices, reports, blog posts, HTML articles, PDFs, audio transcripts, video transcripts, archived media industry materials. At launch, the system indexes more than: 4,400+ HTML documents, 8,000+ best practices, 6,000+ blog posts, 2,600+ presentations, hundreds of audio and video files, reports and archived conference materials from the past decade. Unlike public AI systems that rely mainly on pre-trained internet knowledge, ASK INMA processes information directly from INMA’s private archive in real time. This approach delivers answers that are more relevant, source-based, and tailored to media professionals. The application offers multiple research modes: Simple Research, Deep Research, Recursive Research, Report on Demand. Depending on the selected mode, ASK INMA can generate quick answers, structured research, deep iterative analysis, or full research reports. The system may occasionally generate inaccurate or outdated responses. Users should verify important information. Some archived content may no longer reflect current industry practices. ASK INMA is powered by Techlabee.ai — a modular AI infrastructure developed in Europe for enterprise knowledge processing.
