THE WALKTHROUGH, ROOM BY ROOM
A guided walkthrough takes you through kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, hallway and exterior and keeps score of which rooms you have documented, so you do not discover a gap on the day you move out. It prompts for the electric, gas and water meter readings while you are still standing next to them. Photographs you import keep the date they were actually taken, not the date you got around to filing them, and the same walkthrough can be run again when you leave — the two sets sit side by side.

WHEN THE DEPOSIT IS ARGUED ABOUT
The disagreement about a deposit is usually a disagreement about what a room looked like a year ago and when somebody was told about a problem. That is what this app is for: dated photographs, dated maintenance entries, and dated notes about who said what. Export the whole record as one PDF when you need to put it in front of somebody.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, developer server, analytics, advertising, or third-party SDKs. Records stay in the app on your device. You can also lock the app with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode — the switch is in Settings and is off until you turn it on. The current version does not include iCloud/CloudKit sync, so the backup file is how the binder moves to a new phone: save it here, restore it there. It carries the walkthrough photographs and receipts with it, and it is free whether or not you buy the PDF report.
