Open Waypoints, tap the menu beside "Your location," and mark your parking, a trailhead, or anything worth finding again. • Project a Waypoint - Solving a multi? Type the distance and true bearing from the listing (or from where you're standing) and the app plots the next stage. Tap "Save & Go" to head straight there. • Live Distance on Your Lock Screen - Start navigating to a cache and your live distance appears on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island - no need to keep opening the app. • Cache Photo Gallery - Owner photos and finders' log photos are now gathered into one gallery. Tap any thumbnail to view full-screen, swipe through, and pinch to zoom. • Better Cache Descriptions - Images show reliably and text stays readable in Dark Mode. New in 1.7 - Plan more, find more, and enjoy a fresh coat of polish throughout. - Add caches to your Planned list from any cache page and download them for offline use. Tap Show on Map to see just your planned caches. Perfect for mapping out a day's caching, even with no signal. - Recommended worthy caches you've found from the cache page or right as you log your find. Browse everything you've recommended from your Profile. - Caches you've ignored on the website now stay off your map and out of search. Review and un-ignore them any time from Settings. - News and Cache Lists are now a clean timeline. Clear markers for unread news stories, and a nicer timeline view - just because. - Your Profile now shows an animated milestone ring counting down to your next hundred finds, the log buttons stay within thumb's reach at the bottom of the screen, and cache lists look consistent across the whole app.

Version 1.6 adds the ability to encode and decode NFC (NTAG213) beacon caches. Also adds stability improvements and fixes for a couple of rare crashes.

This update adds an Apple Watch companion app. The Watch app requires the paired iPhone app to be installed and logged in. Key features: • Displays nearby geocaches using the Watch's own GPS • Shows cache details (name, type, difficulty/terrain, size, hint) • Allows logging a "Found It" or DNF directly from the Watch • Logs are queued on the Watch and synced to the iPhone via WatchConnectivity for final submission to the geocaching server

• Offline Logging — No signal? No problem. Log your finds in the field and they'll submit automatically when you're back online. Check Field Notes (in your Profile menu) to view, edit, or retry pending logs. You can turn this off in settings if you don't like it. • Log submission visuals — Logging a cache should be celebrated, and now it is! You'll also see progress in obtaining the next level achievement with certain cache types. • What's New Screen — A summary of new features now appears after each update.
