Battle Fitness turns your goals — and your partner's — into a head-to-head game. Log your food, water, workouts, steps, and sleep. Earn points for hitting the goals you set. Then battle your partner to see who finishes the week on top. YOU SET THE RULES Your goals aren't their goals, and that's the point. You pick the categories you care about and decide what each one is worth, up to 50 points a day. She's chasing protein and steps; he's chasing strength and sleep.
