The valuation tab shows the parcel's estimated value again, now with the minimum and maximum range, the price per m² with decimals and an explanation of how it is calculated.

Each parcel now opens with its real country: a parcel in France, Poland or Germany shows its own documents and map. New documents: Alsace livre foncier, Polish land register copy, Lower Saxony cadastral map extract and Portuguese IPS. Stability improvements.

You can now order the same official documents from the app as on the web: land registry extracts, visura, ispezione ipotecaria, relevé, Grundbuch and valuation studies, depending on the parcel country. Also fixed a crash when downloading the parcel report.

The parcel report bought in the app now downloads even without an account, and if the download never arrives, the home screen tells you and hands it over in one tap, with no second payment. We also fixed sign-up, which asked for a longer password than needed.

No more country picker: type a cadastral reference, paste coordinates or a place name and the app works out where it is. New countries: Poland, the Netherlands, Czechia and Finland. Clear messages when a reference belongs to a country we don't cover yet.

• Fixed the blank map: when a cadastral service returned an error, tiles broke the map. Now it leaves a gap and carries on. • Following a parcel now actually notifies you — until now it never triggered an alert. • We ask for notification permission when you turn it on, not when you open the app. • A free account now gives you 10 searches a day. • Fixed the price of the Italian visura on the payment button.

When ordering a title report you can now add the property CRU: with it we identify the property straight away and process it much faster. The document cards on a parcel are easier to tell apart at a glance.

The app speaks your language: warnings and errors that still appeared in Spanish are now translated. Italy: the map answers instantly again, and you can order a visura, an ispezione ipotecaria and a market valuation from the parcel sheet. After a purchase you return to the parcel you were on, not to the home screen. Redesigned Pro wall: the parcel shows behind it and everything fits without scrolling.
