What's New: • Improved speech recognition accuracy — Added contextual string hints across all game modes, biasing the recognizer toward expected callsigns, headings, and ATC phraseology (fixes issues like "United" being misheard as "unit") • PTT release grace period — Added a 350ms grace delay after releasing PTT so trailing words aren't cut off, plus a best-partial-transcript fallback that fires the last partial result if the final transcript comes back empty • ATC Snake — Removed speed selection screen; game now launches directly as an airliner (180 kts). In-game speed changes still available. Play area boundary repositioned below the button row for a cleaner layout. • ATC Snake Airports — Runway, extended centerline, and FAF now stay at least 5 NM inside the boundary. Approach courses from different airports maintain a 3 NM minimum gap so they never overlap. • ATC Snake Speed — Fast-forward now cycles through 1×, 2×, 3×, and 8× speeds. • Daily Sequencing Challenge AI — Improved AI approach controller: • Fixed non-standard altitudes (removed 2500 ft and 3500 ft from altitude pools) • Aircraft now descend to 3000 ft immediately; trailing aircraft drop to 2000 ft for vertical separation when in close proximity • Base turns gated on 4 NM direct distance from preceding aircraft to ensure proper final approach spacing • Speed adjustments on final approach when separation drops below 3 NM • Vector Trainer — Novice and Expert modes now display the aircraft's current altitude next to the center aircraft, so players know whether to climb or descend. • Traffic Call — Removed altitude display from the center aircraft in Novice and Expert modes (traffic targets still show altitude codes). • Speech Recognition — Added contextual strings to all game modes (Approach Control, Vector Trainer, Traffic Call, Ear Trainer, Custom Radar Sim) to improve recognition accuracy for airline callsigns like "United," heading commands, and ATC phraseology. • Custom Radar Sim — Temporarily hidden from the menu while under development.
