Welcome to Calibre 1.3. MORE ACCURATE AMPLITUDE Amplitude is now measured from an average across many beats instead of one beat at a time. Readings are steadier, quiet watches measure more reliably and movements that used to pin the reading at 360 degrees now report correctly. BETTER WEB CAPTURE Extracting specs from a product page now pulls dimensions (lug to lug, lug width, thickness), weight and price. AI enrichment fills gaps and corrects the scrape. Preview the extracted fields before applying and tap any you want to skip. PDF EXPORT & SAVE TO FILES The PDF report is a clean one-sheet with your watch photo, comprehensive specs and a performance summary. Save it directly to a Calibre folder in the Files app. WATCH DETAIL & PHOTOS Tap the hero photo to view it full screen with pinch-to-zoom. Find Image fetches product photos from the URL so you can pick one without leaving the app. Paste Image now works reliably on all iOS versions. Welcome to Calibre 1.2. LIBRARY VIEWS The Watches tab gains a photo grid. Tap the toolbar button to switch between grid and list. Grid cells are larger on iPad to show more detail and watches. FILTER AND SEARCH Filter the library by movement type or brand. Search by name, brand, model or caliber. The filter button highlights when a filter is active. PDF WATCH REPORT Export a formatted PDF for any watch from the share menu: specs, rate-history chart, measurement table, service history, magnetism readings and timing runs in one document. BRANDS Brand autocomplete now spans hundreds of makers including a large catalog of micro brands. When a brand is recognised you can tap through to its official homepage in an in-app browser. MOVEMENTS The built-in caliber database has nearly doubled. It adds more mechanical movements, a wide range of quartz movements and Seiko Spring Drive. Choosing a known caliber fills the movement type automatically and skips beat rate and lift angle where they do not apply. ADD WATCH It is now possible to add a watch via a web search. Welcome to Calibre 1.1. A lot has been added since the initial release. FIRST-RUN TOUR A guided carousel walks through how Calibre works, how to position your watch, the library and long-term tracking. It appears once on first launch and can be replayed from Settings → About → Show Welcome Tour Again. WATCH LIBRARY Build a full collection. Each watch stores lift angle, nominal beat rate, caliber notes, service events and measurement history. Multiple dial positions are tracked separately, and a rate-history chart shows accuracy over time. New: physical dimensions (lug-to-lug, thickness, weight) and status tracking (owned vs. wanted). APP SHORTCUTS AND SIRI "Start measuring my Speedmaster" and "Check magnetism on my Seiko" work from Siri, Shortcuts and the Action button. Your watch names appear as parameters. MAGNETISM DETECTOR Check a watch for magnetic exposure before service. The detector uses the device magnetometer and marks the high-water peak so you can move the watch away from the sensor and read the result. Readings are saved per watch with a timestamp. AUDIO AND SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS Separate DSP profiles for built-in, wired and Bluetooth microphones, with per-profile filter and gain settings. An on-demand signal analyser inspects the live feed and suggests filter cutoff and gain adjustments as individually-appliable cards. FRENCH AND SPANISH The full app, including measurement readouts, watch library and settings, is available in French and Spanish.
