FitLite is a calm, offline-first fitness coach for iPhone. We don't ask for an account, we don't sync to a cloud, and we don't sell your data. Everything you do — your plan, weight log, food entries, habit times — lives on your device and goes away when you delete the app.
WHAT YOU GET
• Personalized 8-week plan from your goals, level, and time budget
• Three modes — Morning Wake-up, Quick Burst, Full Session — for whatever the day gives you
• Per-exercise calorie estimates by MET, summed against intake into a daily deficit
• HealthKit step sync (optional) — walking burn folds into the daily total
• Weight log with chart and history
• Custom exercises: add your own with icon, sets/reps or duration, photo or GIF demo
• Smart reminder that watches your habit times and pings before you miss a session
• Coach chat: ask anything about training. Replies in your language.
PRIVACY BY DEFAULT
• No account, no email, no cloud
• HealthKit access is opt-in and read-only (steps only)
• Optional ads only during workout breaks; turn them off with a one-time tip or subscription
