ORTHIO is a simple, step-by-step way to scan your feet remotely, without a separate 3D scanner or special equipment. The app helps you create a scan of one or both feet, review the result, and send the data to SoleVia or your selected orthotic provider, who uses it for further work on your order.
With ORTHIO, the process is simple. First, complete the required questionnaire. Then select the foot you want to scan and follow the step-by-step instructions in the app. After the scan, review the 3D result. If needed, scan the second foot as well. Once both scans are complete, securely share them with your provider so they can produce your custom insoles.
Why ORTHIO
ORTHIO was created to simplify remote foot scanning for custom orthotic insoles.
The app uses the TrueDepth camera on compatible iOS devices and guides the user through the entire scanning process step by step. ORTHIO helps you correctly choose the left or right foot, position the iPhone at the right distance, detect the foot in the frame, and review the result before sending it.
If you have already placed an order through SoleVia, received an invitation from your selected provider, or are completing the scan with help from a partner, ORTHIO helps you create a 3D foot scan and securely submit it for review and production of custom orthotic insoles.

Your Data - Under Your Control
ORTHIO was created for secure scan processing and controlled data sharing.
Your scans are linked to your account and are accessible only through the app or to the provider you choose to share them with. You can manage your scans in the app and delete scan data when needed.

Scan quality may depend on foot position, device position, camera visibility, and completion of all required scanning steps.
