SkinLattice: Skincare Tracker

Skin Diary for Acne & Triggers

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

New in 2.20: an avoid list that flags fragrance, sulfates and other triggers, steadier skin photos, and routines that repeat every few days. No account, no ads. Find out which products and ingredients agree with your skin, and which ones are behind your breakouts, redness or irritation. SkinLattice is a private skin diary that turns quick daily check-ins into patterns from your own history. Ingredient scanners rate a product the same way for everyone. SkinLattice compares what you put on your face with how your skin looked over the following days, along with sleep, stress, your cycle and the weather. Each pattern shows how many days support it, so you can judge how far to trust it. DAILY SKIN DIARY • Rate breakouts, redness and comfort on simple 1 to 5 scales • Log your morning and evening routine, or reuse the last one with a tap • Add sleep, stress, travel, cycle, weather, treatments and notes • Get reminders that skip the days you have already logged • Check in from Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets FIND YOUR SKIN TRIGGERS • The ingredient matrix sorts ingredients and products into likely trigger, neutral or likely helpful for you • Every result lists the days behind it and a confidence level • See how long reactions usually take to appear after you use an ingredient, and what else happened on those days • Run a 14-day ingredient or product trial and compare your skin before and during it • Filter by breakouts, redness, comfort, humidity, UV, temperature or cycle phase AVOID LIST • Add single ingredients or whole groups: fragrance, essential oils, sulfates, parabens, formaldehyde releasers and chemical UV filters • Products that contain them are flagged on your shelf and before you add them, free for everyone • Check a new product against your own history before you open it • Get a warning when a routine stacks too many strong actives PRODUCT SHELF • Search by name, scan a barcode or add a product by hand • Read the ingredient list from a photo of the label, processed on your iPhone • Keep product photos, favorites, archived products and formula changes SKIN PROGRESS PHOTOS • The camera shows your last photo as a faint overlay, with an optional face guide • It tells you when the light is too low or too harsh • Scroll your skin timeline and compare any two photos side by side ROUTINES AND REPORTS • Plan routines by weekday, or repeat them every few days or weeks for retinoids, peels and masks • Read a weekly review, with a short summary written on device by Apple Intelligence where available • Export a PDF report for your dermatologist. The last two weeks are free • Use iPad and iPhone Duo layouts with two columns PRIVATE BY DESIGN You don't need an account, and there are no ads. Photos and logs stay on your device unless you export or back them up, and backups are encrypted with a password you keep. Pattern analysis runs on device. FREE AND PRO Daily check-ins, your journal, routines, the product shelf and avoid-list warnings are free. SkinLattice Pro unlocks the full ingredient matrix, new product previews, longer photo ranges and full reports. Before a free trial starts, the app shows the price and the date of the first charge, and it can remind you two days before the trial ends. SkinLattice is a wellness journal and not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat any skin condition. Patterns describe associations in your own records and are not proof of cause.
