GlowPulse turns your iPhone's front camera into a real-time heart rate sensor. No wearables, no chest straps, no accounts — just hold your phone up and watch your pulse update live.
Using remote photoplethysmography (rPPG), GlowPulse reads the microscopic color changes in your face caused by blood flow and turns them into a clean BPM signal. Everything runs on-device. Camera frames are never recorded and never leave your iPhone. No cloud, no sign-up, no analytics, no trackers.

FOCUS SESSION
Pomodoro-style sessions of 15, 25, or 50 minutes (or custom). GlowPulse tracks your heart rate throughout and shows a live, zone-colored chart. Afterwards you get a summary: average, peak, and low BPM.
BREATHING SESSION
A guided pacer at 5 seconds in / 5 seconds out (0.1 Hz coherent breathing). GlowPulse shows your HRV in real time, so you can watch your body relax as you breathe.
QUICK CHECK
A 30-second stress snapshot. GlowPulse compares your current pulse to your personal baseline and gives a verdict: Calm / Neutral / Slightly elevated / Elevated.
