HOW IT WORKS Civetta filters DNS lookups on your iPhone through a dedicated Network Extension. When an app or website tries to reach a known malicious domain, Civetta blocks the lookup before any connection is made. Threats are stopped at the lookup layer with no traffic tunneling, no proxy, and no browsing data collection. KEY FEATURES * Real-time blocking of phishing, scam, and malware domains * Daily threat intelligence updates from public and proprietary sources * Email forwarding for active investigation. Forward suspicious emails to your private analysis address and Civetta returns a verdict in seconds. * Family sharing with explicit dual consent (revocable at any time and auto after 90 days) * Privacy-preserving abstracted alerts for family members. Severity and threat category only. No URLs or browsing data. * Battery-efficient on-device extension (typically less than 1 percent battery per day) * No third-party analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no MDM FAMILY SHARING DONE RIGHT A protected user can choose to share abstracted security alerts with a trusted family member. Examples include an adult child watching out for an aging parent or a parent helping a teen learn to recognize phishing attempts. The family member sees only the severity tier and threat category, never the underlying URL or browsing activity. Consent is mutual, renewable, and revocable at any time. This is consensual shared protection, not parental control and not surveillance. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions after purchase. PRIVACY Civetta does not track your browsing, sell your data, or share data with advertisers. We collect only the minimum metadata needed to detect threats and deliver alerts. Family members never see your domain history, only abstracted severity and category information.
