Helio is an expense tracker that meets you where you already are: with a receipt in your hand, a thought on your tongue, or thirty seconds and a keypad. THREE WAYS IN • Photograph a receipt and the assistant reads it into expenses — you check them and save • Say what you spent out loud and it lands in the right category • Or type it: keypad, category, note, date WHERE IT ALL WENT • One running total, and a breakdown by category you can read at a glance • Every transaction in one list, newest first, editable and deletable • Categories are yours: name, icon and colour, added and removed as your life changes AN ASSISTANT THAT KNOWS YOUR SPENDING Ask it what you spent on food last week, or just tell it about a purchase and let it file the expense for you. It answers in the language you write in. YOURS, AND ONLY YOURS • Your data is kept under your account; only you and the people you invite to your household can read it • Delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, in two taps • No ads, no tracking, no selling anything to anyone Helio speaks English, German, Portuguese, Russian and Ukrainian. Voice entry, receipt scan and the assistant are free for 30 AI requests a month; Helio Premium removes the monthly limit and opens your full history. Manual entry, CSV import, categories and charts are free; PDF statement import uses AI requests. The free plan shows the current month and the three before it. Helio Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID account settings. • A new expense now shows on Overview at once, even before it has synced. • Cancelling Sign in with Apple no longer shows a connection error. • The Overview legend no longer lists an empty "Not sorted" row. • Long category names in the ring now wrap onto two lines instead of being cut off. • At larger text sizes, the profile picture in Settings and the Welcome screen fit and stay easy to read.
