Most health apps grade you. HealthApp gives you a sky.
Every day, your five pillars — Lifestyle, Fitness, Food, Mind and Sleep — appear as stars. Log a workout, a meal, a mood, a night's sleep, and the matching star ignites. Good days become constellations. Weeks become star charts. Months mint stars you keep forever. A year becomes an atlas.
And when life gets loud and you step away? Nothing darkens. Unlit is simply not yet lit. Your sky keeps everything you've built, and the day you return is treated as the achievement it actually is.
THE SKY, EVERYWHERE
- A living Today screen: your state (Radiant, Glowing, Kindling, Resting, Returning), your constellation, and one honest sentence about what mattered.
- Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets that follow the real sky from dawn to night — and light up as you log. Pick a single pillar to watch with One Star, or watch the month's star form. Fully customizable; you can even hide the streak.
WINS THAT MEAN SOMETHING
- Personal records get real celebrations — spin the medal, flip it to read the engraving.
- Milestones become named stars in your Atlas: journey stars, fitness stars, month skies, and four rare event stars a year on the solstices and equinoxes.
- Strict honesty: nothing is celebrated twice, nothing inflates, and nothing you earn ever un-earns.
REST IS PART OF TRAINING
- Recovery days get auroras, not guilt. Comebacks get dawns, not shame.
- Gentle guardrails notice when you might be overdoing it — and never wag a finger.
KNOW YOURSELF
- Momentum: your last fourteen days as states, and your score as an honest range — never a grade.
- Chapters: your week, month, season and year told as short star-chart stories, beautiful enough to share.
- The Learned library (Pro): real patterns from your own data — "your mood tends to be higher after 7+ hours of sleep" — kept with dates and evidence.
TRACK THE FULL PICTURE
- Workouts with GPS route maps, a guided exercise library, habits, to-dos and weekly planning, meals with AI food scanning, hydration, mood, journaling, breathing, sleep and wind-down routines.
- Apple Health sync. Live Activity for workouts on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.
BETTER TOGETHER
- Private circles, accountability partners, kind challenges and consistency tiers — share what you choose, never your weight or calories.
PRO, IF YOU WANT DEPTH
AI-written daily lines and weekly/monthly stories, star naming, adaptive training targets, the Learned library, and more. The essentials — including every safety, rest and comeback feature — are free forever.
HealthApp is wellness tracking, not medical advice.

Ratings & Reviews
This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
Charts you can feel. On iOS 16 and later, the Explore charts and the overnight signal rows are drawn with Apple's own chart engine: drag across a chart to read any day, tap a point to hold it, and VoiceOver can play a chart as sound. On iOS 26 the range picker, the Noticed/Explore switch and the tab bar take on the system glass. ProMotion iPhones run at up to 120 Hz.
Apple Watch workouts. Every screen fits every watch size. A session opens on its numbers, with the controls one turn of the crown below. Walks and runs count your steps as you go. Start leads with the workouts you log most. Leaving the app no longer loses a workout — it keeps running until you end it. Walks, runs and rides started on the watch record their route, so they show the same map on your phone as the ones you record there.
On your wrist and your Lock Screen. A watch complication with last night's summary, which the Smart Stack can raise after your usual wake. Today's keeps, on the watch and in a Home Screen widget, each one a tap to keep. A small widget with one reading against your own usual range, and a Lock Screen line about last night. With "Keep them discreet" on, both show a neutral line instead of readings, moods and names.
From Apple Health, with your permission. Menstrual flow and contraceptive, pregnancy and lactation records, offered in Cycle settings as suggestions for you to confirm. Sleeping wrist temperature from Apple Watch Series 8 or later, kept in the phone's secure storage with your other cycle data; after two cycles with enough nights, the Cycle screen can note when your temperature rose, looking back. Always a window, never a date, and never a way to plan or avoid a pregnancy.
Siri and Shortcuts. "Show my sleep vs usual", "How was my night", "Log my energy", and marking one of today's keeps done.
Also in this version, and already on your phone since September: the rebuilt Lifestyle, the two Insights views (Noticed and Explore), overnight signals against your own usual range, illness and travel modes that pause every comparison, and the data-safety work that keeps your sensitive entries in secure storage.
