Set up your organization, add each campus with its size tier (Small / Medium / Large), and watch replacement-cost budgets calculate per-campus automatically. • Invite campus production heads as Campus Admins — they manage their own campus inventory while you see the big picture across all sites. SMARTER LIFECYCLE DASHBOARD • Click any gear row to expand a full inline editor — no more popping modals open just to update a price or year. • Drag-and-drop reorder within each status color (overdue, aging, healthy) for the order that makes sense to you. • "Add Audio Gear", "Add IT Gear", etc. — section-specific Add buttons with the right category pre-selected. • Stage section renamed to Infrastructure. CSV ROUND-TRIP EDITING • Download your full inventory as a CSV, edit it in Excel or Numbers, and re-upload — items match by ID so nothing gets duplicated. • Add a "campus" column to assign gear during import. • Categories simplified to section names (Audio, Video, IMAG, Lighting, IT, Infrastructure, Other). INLINE CURRICULUM VIDEOS • Chapter video introductions now play in-app via an embedded player — no more popping out to a browser tab. BUDGET REPORTS • Multi-campus reports now include an org-wide inventory PLUS a focused per-campus breakdown for each location, with status totals and budget per campus. • Cleaner spacing, better-fitting tables. EVERYTHING ELSE • Push notifications now also appear in the in-app bell icon so you never miss one if your phone was off. • Faster cold loads — gear lists, organization data, and shared lists all cache locally for instant re-opens. • Lots of admin tools for managing the community.

What's new in 1.0.3: • Chat now works smoothly on iPhone — messages send and arrive in real time, the room participant list updates live, and notifications show up immediately. • Sign in with Apple, Google, and Facebook now works natively on iPhone, and a "Forgot Password" option is available for email accounts. • The whole community is now visible on iPhone — Marketplace, Prayer Board, Pay It Forward, Mentor Match, Call Sheet, Resources, Knowledge Base, and Vendors all load the real submissions from other churches (not just samples). • Lifecycle Dashboard: your private gear inventory now syncs reliably on iPhone, and the web view has a tighter single-line layout for scanning long inventories. (Your gear stays private to you — best viewed on a laptop or desktop.) • Breakout rooms: accept an invite from the home-screen banner, find the room in your Rooms list, and the creator or any moderator can close it out. Anyone still in a closed breakout gets returned to the rooms list automatically. • "Moderator on duty" indicator now correctly shows "You're on duty" when you're an admin or moderator in the room. • Version number is now visible in your profile drawer for easier troubleshooting and feedback.
