1. A colored ring appears in front of the swimming squid
2. Toggle the R/G/B (or C/M/Y) switches to match the squid's color to the ring
3. Pass through with the matching color and level up — swim further out to sea

• Sea of Light (RGB / additive primaries) — all off = black, all on = white
• Sea of Color (CMY / subtractive primaries) — all off = white, all on = black
Every 10 levels the sea changes — not just the color rules, but backgrounds, characters, and music are all refreshed. Travel between two visual styles (digital and analog), discover why light and paint mix in opposite ways, and develop a natural sense for color.
