Making a story now shows you the making of it. Tap Create and you'll land on a screen that names exactly where your story is up to — writing it, casting the family, painting the cover — with the song coming along beside it. Close it whenever you like: it keeps going, and we'll tell you the moment it's ready. We fixed the quiet promise behind that, too. With notifications switched off, "we'll let you know" was something the app couldn't actually do — and a routine you'd set for 7pm would never nudge you at 7pm. Now we ask at the moment it matters, say plainly what we'd send, and take no for an answer. Smaller things, all in the same spirit: • Buttons that need a second to think now say so, instead of sitting there looking broken • "Read to Me" tells you when it's loading the voice, so a quiet moment isn't a mystery • Your library shows the stories that are still being made, so nothing feels lost • A story that hits a snag and gets another go now tells you when it's finally ready • Page turns are gentler, and bedtime mode fades in rather than flashing on And the "enjoying Little Narratives?" prompt no longer arrives over the last line of the story. It waits until the story is done.
