Clock in with one tap, even with no signal. A team member's location stays on their phone. For teams in construction, cleaning, manufacturing, workshops and auto repair.
Kronly is a timesheet app for teams that work on site rather than at a desk — construction, cleaning, manufacturing, workshops, auto repair and more. Team members clock in with one tap, the phone checks that they are at the site, and managers get hours they can rely on. Clocking in works even without signal and syncs when the connection is back.
WHY KRONLY
Replace paper timesheets and scattered messages with one app for every site your team works at. Each clock-in is checked against the site's boundary, each photo is linked to a site, each approval is logged. Your records stay organised and easy to share.
PRIVACY BUILT IN
A team member's location is checked on their own phone and never leaves it — only the clock-in result is sent. Photos are uploaded without location data. No ads and no advertising trackers.
FOR MANAGERS
A dashboard with who is clocked in, hours logged and pending approvals. Invite your team with a QR code or an invite code and approve join requests. Approve timesheets one by one or several at once. Approve or reject material requests with a reason. Reports by day, week, month or a custom range, exported as PDF or CSV for payroll and your records. Several sites, one account.
FOR TEAM MEMBERS
Clock in and out with one tap. See and update your tasks. Take photos of the work from the app, linked to the site. Request materials with urgency and photos. Follow your hours, days worked and pending requests.
KEY FEATURES
Verified clock-in. When you clock in or out, the phone checks the site boundary. Only the in/out result is recorded, never the person's position.
Works without signal. Clock in and out with no connection; entries sync automatically when the signal returns.
Reports. Export timesheets and approval history as PDF or CSV.
Approvals. Managers are notified of new timesheets and material requests and approve them one by one or in batch.
Photos. Photos of the work, linked to a site, as a record of progress.
Material requests. Quantity, urgency and photos; managers approve or reject.
Tasks. Create, assign and follow tasks until they're done.
Team. Invite by code or QR and manage roles.
English and Romanian.
Dark mode.
SECURITY
Secure sign-in. Data is encrypted in transit. Delete your account from the app at any time.
