Fermenta: Kombucha Tracker

Brew log, reminders & guide

Free · In‑App Purchases

Your SCOBY hotel is now free, care reminders included. Brew on iPad with room to spare, and find batches, notes, and brewing answers in the new Search tab. Keep track of your kombucha on iPhone and iPad, and keep the details that make a good batch worth brewing again. FOLLOW EACH BATCH • Track first fermentation (F1), bottling, second fermentation (F2), and chilling. You decide when a batch moves to the next stage. • Set local reminders to taste, bottle, check carbonation, chill, or finish. • See active batches in Home Screen widgets. • Plan bottling, chilling, and ready dates in the calendar. KEEP A USEFUL BREW LOG Record your tea, volume, sugar, starter liquid, dates, and notes. Add pH, temperature, flavor, carbonation, and pressure-release logs at the relevant stage. Split a batch into bottle groups to try different flavor combinations. Choose from 40 built-in flavors or add your own, then rate the finished batch and save tasting notes. Brew a favorite again or share its summary card. Looking for an old note? Search across batches and log notes, alongside guide steps, FAQs, and glossary terms. Filter batches by tea, stage, flavor, rating, or those needing attention. SCOBY HOTELS, NOW FREE Keep records for your spare cultures, log feedings, and schedule care reminders. SCOBY hotel tracking and all reminders are included without a Pro purchase. HELP WHILE YOU BREW Read the brewing guide, look up a term, or work through common problems. The ratio calculator scales tea, sugar, and starter liquid to your batch volume. A guided mold check includes reference photos to help you compare what you see. AT HOME ON IPHONE AND IPAD On iPad, view your batch list beside an open batch when space allows. Layouts adapt as you resize the window. Your brewing records stay on your device and remain available offline. When iCloud is available, batches, custom flavors, and SCOBY hotels sync through your private iCloud database. No Fermenta account, no ads, and no cross-app tracking. Track one active batch at a time for free, with no limit on your finished batch history. Fermenta Pro adds unlimited active batches with a one-time purchase. No subscription. Fermenta provides brewing guidance, not a food safety assessment. If a batch has an unusual odor, shows mold, or seems unsafe, don't drink it.

Your SCOBY hotel is on the house. Hotel tracking and care reminders are now free. Keep your spare cultures cared for between batches, without a Pro purchase. Version 1.2 also brings: • A proper home on iPad. Keep your batch list beside the details and give your brewing notes some breathing room. Layouts adjust when you resize the window. • Search that remembers where you wrote it. Find batches and log notes, or look up answers in the brewing guide, FAQs, and glossary. • A fix for a crash when canceling the deletion of a custom flavor. Fermenta Pro remains a one-time purchase for unlimited active batches. Everything already brewing stays yours to manage.
