PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your brewing data is stored on your iPhone. When iCloud is available, batches, custom flavors, and SCOBY hotels sync through your private iCloud database. Fermenta works offline, with no account, no ads, and no cross-app tracking. Brew as many batches as you like, one at a time. Fermenta Pro is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited active batches and the SCOBY hotel. No subscription. Fermenta offers brewing guidance, but it cannot determine whether a batch is safe to drink. If a batch has an unusual odor, shows mold, or seems unsafe, do not drink it.

We cleaned the vessel, topped up the starter liquid, and fixed a few things that had been fermenting longer than intended. Fermenta also warns you now when reminders are switched off.
