Ready Set Calm holds the routine so neither of you has to. Your child runs it independently. 14 days free, then $19.99 once — yours forever.
Take the routine out of your head - and stop repeating it all morning.
"Have you packed your lunch?"
"Did you take your medication?"
"Where's your homework?"
If you're holding all of that in your brain every single day - every child, every task, every variation for sports day or sleepover or sick day - there's a reason it's hard. You're running a system from memory.
Ready Set Calm gives you somewhere to put it down.
Open the app and your child can start straight away. Routines come pre-set based on their age. Customise as much or as little as suits your family.
You set the structure once. Your child follows it independently - even when you're not there. The morning still happens. The evening still happens. The lunch still gets packed. You stop being the human alarm clock.
You don't have to hover, either. The app tells you if something is being repeatedly skipped - so you can step in when it matters, and trust the rest of the time.
Less reminding. More trusting.
-- WHAT IT DOES --
Ready Set Calm shows your child one task at a time. Big and clear: "What now? Take medications. Done?" That's it. The full list is there if they want it, but they don't have to look.
No choice paralysis. No "where do I start?" Just one calm step, then the next.
Children aged 8-17 run their own mornings and evenings this way. Bonus tasks - chores, helping out, going above and beyond - earn gems they can save for something they actually want.
It's designed for the way your family actually runs - not how a productivity app thinks it should.
-- BUILT INTO IT --
* Routines pre-set by age - open the app and start straight away
* Customise anything: task wording, gem amounts, rewards, schedule
* Morning and evening routines, weekday and weekend
* One task at a time - your child sees what to do right now, not the overwhelming whole list
* Skipped a shower this morning? It moves to tonight. Tasks bend to the day, but still get done
* You're notified if a task gets skipped repeatedly - so you can step in when needed
* Screen time and privileges sit inside the routine - locked until the essentials are done
* Bonus tasks earn gems - like frequent flyer points for helping out
* Children save gems and spend them on something they choose, with your approval
* Recurring schedule built in - soccer Thursdays, music Wednesdays, family rituals weekly
* Add one-off reminders - sports kit, permission slip, dentist appointment
* Multiple children on one parent account
* Calm visual design - no ads, no pressure, no gamified noise
-- BUILT FOR REAL FAMILIES --
Ready Set Calm started as one mum's answer to a chaotic morning. It grew through testing with families raising neurodivergent children - children with ADHD, autism, anxiety, or just children who do better with predictable structure.
Every feature was shaped by real parents and real children. It's the routines app we couldn't find, so we built it.
-- HOW IT WORKS --
1. Open the app - routines are pre-set by your child's age
2. Customise as much or as little as suits your family
3. Your child works through morning and evening, one task at a time
4. Bonus tasks earn gems they can save and spend - with your approval
5. You see everything from the parent dashboard - and get a heads-up if a task is skipped repeatedly
