Every session you finish carries you further along an identity journey that begins at The Restless and ends at The Luminous. You cannot buy your way up it and you cannot rush it. Stages open when your behaviour earns them. Underneath the journey, five dimensions score how you actually focus: Awareness, how often you follow through on what you started Action, how much you show up Resilience, how well you come back after a gap Depth, how long you can hold attention Alignment, how evenly your focus is spread across the week Ryzlo reads the patterns in all of it. Which mode genuinely works for you. What time of day you are strongest. Which hour you tend to slip, and how often you push past the shield. Every week it writes that back to you in plain language. HOW IT WORKS Pick a mode. Set a length. Ryzlo shields the apps you named and starts the timer. Reach for one of them and you get a block screen instead of a feed. Ending early stays possible, but it stops being a reflex. You hold the button, name why you want to leave, and Ryzlo offers you a break, a breath, or two more minutes before you go. There is no end button on the Lock Screen at all, by design. What you choose in that moment becomes part of your pattern. BLOCKING THAT HOLDS Shield apps and whole categories using Apple Screen Time Strict sessions with no casual bypass Always-On blocking, around the clock Daily limits per app, with live usage on the card Scheduled blocks that repeat through the week Block sites in Chrome on a paired computer (Pro) Live Activities keep the session on your Lock Screen, and a home screen widget keeps today's total in view.
