Drag tasks smoothly — a line shows exactly where a task will land, and dropping it re-links the task chain automatically. Invite your team on any plan: new members can enter your join code right on the sign-up screen. Fixed a crash when adding custom holidays, and other improvements.

Task names you can actually read The Gantt chart now gives the task column two thirds of the screen by default, so long task names and the selected row's quick controls are no longer cut off. Drag the divider whenever you like - your setting is remembered. Onboarding that points at the right thing The walkthrough spotlights now land on the control being described, instead of drifting off-screen or hiding behind the toolbar. Several steps that described a gesture the app does not actually have were rewritten to match what really happens. Also in this update The explanation card no longer covers the very control it is pointing at, and the daily log walkthrough now highlights the whole comment area at once.

Your projects, photos and PDF exports stay available until the trial period ends, and everything comes straight back if you subscribe. Clearer subscription terms The plan screen now spells out how long the trial runs, what it costs afterwards, and how to cancel - all in one place, before you commit.

Photo editor, rebuilt Crop with ratio presets (1:1, 4:3, 3:2, 16:9 or free), plus brightness, contrast and saturation. Redact by brushing: cover faces, plates and anything else with pixelation or blur — it follows your finger, so irregular shapes work too. Every mark is now a layer. Arrows, boxes, text and redactions can be selected, moved, resized, restacked and deleted individually. Eraser size and element opacity are adjustable. @ mentions actually work The @ picker now lists everyone on the project, not just people who had already commented. Tapping the notification takes you straight to that comment and highlights it, instead of just opening the app. Clearer status icons Task status icons are colour-coded: orange in progress, green completed, red delayed.

Construction Gantt now requires a subscription, starting at $2.99/month. If you were already using the app, nothing changes — your account keeps its existing access and you don't need to subscribe. The subscription screen now also shows that the Project Story keepsake book and AI writing are included from the Business tier up.
