Dashboard: See your recovery score, training load, and daily amino acid levels in one view. Trends build over time so you can see how your body responds to hard weeks, diet changes, and rest.
Recovery Score: Your daily score reflects how much faster or slower your recovery process is going based on your amino acid chemistry. Know whether to push or hold back before you lace up.
Training Load: Track cumulative stress on your body over days and weeks. See when load is climbing ahead of your recovery capacity.
Daily Check-In: Answer a short set of questions each night about sleep, nutrition, and how you're feeling. Check-in data feeds your biochemical model and makes your scores more accurate over time.
AI Assistant: Ask questions about your results and get answers grounded in your actual data. Find out what your numbers mean and how your habits connect to your chemistry.
