Token Coffee keeps Codex and Claude usage visible from your Mac's menu bar, with forecasts based on your recent usage history.
Follow multiple accounts and choose the limits that matter to you. See current usage, renewal times and the likely range of usage by the end of each quota window.
Features:
- Monitor multiple Codex and Claude accounts in one dashboard.
- Follow weekly, 5-hour and available model-specific limits.
- Choose, name, colour and reorder your usage charts.
- Resize the dashboard or select an arrangement that suits your workspace.
- Click the menu icon on any monitor to open the dashboard there, with its own saved position and size.
- Sync account-specific usage history across Macs through your private iCloud database.
- Restore saved readings immediately while fresh usage loads.
- Keep your Mac awake or keep its screen on, with optional idle screen blackout.
Optional native Sleep Support adds independent display-sleep timing, backlight dimming and enhanced closed-lid operation. Download the separately signed and notarized component from the setup link in the app menu. Laptops also require the limited administrator setup in its instructions. Basic awake controls, black covers and usage monitoring work without this component.
Codex uses device-code sign-in. Claude uses its own browser authorization. Credentials are stored in the app's macOS Keychain and never sync through iCloud. Token Coffee does not require the Codex or Claude CLI.
No advertising, analytics or separate Token Coffee account. Usage history stays on your Mac and, when available, in your private iCloud database.
A supported Codex or Claude account is required to display that provider's usage. Available limits depend on the provider and your account.
Token Coffee is an independent utility and is not affiliated with OpenAI or Anthropic.

Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
- Fix blackout covers on secondary monitors, including displays placed to the left of the main monitor.
- Request sleep for all displays in Mac awake, even when the main display is already asleep.
Screen on keeps displays connected during blackout, preserving their size and arrangement for remote access.
Update the optional Sleep Support component to get the display-sleep fix. Installation instructions are available from the Sleep support menu item.
