TapTix turns every device into a full-featured terminal for taking and managing orders. KEY FEATURES • Visual table management — instantly see which tables are open, occupied, or selected, with real-time status updates as orders flow through the kitchen. • Lightning-fast order entry — browse products by category and point of sale (Bar, Restaurant, etc.), add items with one tap, attach quantity, modifiers ("no sugar", "extra cheese"), and special notes. • Multi-point of sale — one app, multiple sales points. Switch between Bar and Restaurant menus without re-logging. • Modifiers and meal courses — assign items to courses (appetizer, main, dessert) so the kitchen prints them in the right order. • Shift management — view a complete shift summary with order history and totals, then close the shift in a single tap. • Table operations — move orders between tables, split, close — all the flexibility a busy floor needs. • Auto-discovery — finds your TapTix backend on the local network automatically via mDNS, no IP-typing required.
