New weekly consistency card on the Workout tab — see your training week at a glance and build a week-over-week streak. The active workout timers and controls are more polished, the app now stays locked in portrait, and untitled workouts get friendlier names. The Progress search bar now updates correctly when switching between light and dark mode. Workout-completion screens are more reliable on smaller phones. Bug fixes and stability improvements throughout.
