You can message a seller only after you open their profile, a product, or an order — to ask about sizing, shipping, listings, or support. There is no random matching, no “meet strangers,” and no open chat rooms. One-to-one threads are for buyer–seller commerce only.
LIVE SHOW COMMENTS
During a live show, viewers can leave short comments tied to that show (product questions, reactions, bids). Comments are part of the shopping experience, not a separate social network.
