Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Stop overthinking your to-do list. Pick your top 5 tasks each day, stay focused, and watch your productivity grow with daily analytics.
Today's Top 5 Task is a simple daily task app built around one idea: you can only pick 5 tasks per day. No endless lists, no overwhelm — just your top priorities.
Each morning, add up to 5 tasks and rank them by importance. Complete them throughout the day. At the end of the day, review your progress. Incomplete tasks can be moved to tomorrow or dropped.
Features:
• Add up to 5 daily tasks, ranked by priority
• Color-coded priorities: red (#1) to blue (#5)
• Drag to reorder tasks by importance
• Morning planning and evening progress reminders
• Automatic day rollover for incomplete tasks
• 10-day analytics chart to track your consistency
• Clean, focused interface with no distractions
• All data stored locally on your device
The 5-task limit isn't a restriction — it's the point. When you can only pick 5, you're forced to decide what actually matters.
No account required. No cloud sync. No subscriptions. Just you and your priorities.
