Comments are drafted into every language the crew reads. • Safety meetings are signed the same way: topic and talking points as cards, each crew member's comment under their name, the presenter's attestation, and a signed PDF that files itself. • Sending… / Sent: sharing a timesheet now shows whether it has reached the office, and keeps sending after you pocket the phone. • Site Photos: take jobsite photos and browse a project's gallery; photos are kept in the company's Dropbox. • Departure correction: when the foreman leaves the site, the crew's out time can be corrected to match.
