• Agent-managed listing: Some homes are looked after by a local agent for the owner. Unlock a chat with the agent for a small, clearly shown fee, arrange a viewing, and pay your rent directly to the landlord, in person. • A booking you both confirm: A booking is now completed only when you and the agent both confirm it. Your refundable agent fee is released to the agent only once you've both agreed you've secured the home and if it doesn't work out, it comes straight back to you. • Smoother unlock and paymen: We fixed an issue where paying to unlock a chat could show an error if your session had timed out. The app now recovers on its own, or simply asks you to sign in again. • Rent safely, always: You only ever pay the fees shown in the app. Never pay rent online or hand money to the agent rent is paid to the landlord, in person, at the property. On agent-managed homes, the price you see is the real rent, with nothing added on top.
