If they don't, you get a full refund, and the app shows you how much time is left. • Your phone number is now shared only with the people handling your booking. • If something is missing before you can book, like your name or phone number, the app tells you exactly what to add. • Agents now see which home you paid for, so they can help you faster. • Other fixes and improvements.

• Book for today. There is no minimum notice any more: the owner accepts or declines, so you can book a room for this evening. • Tell the owner when you arrive. Every booking now asks for your arrival time, and short stays ask for your checkout time too, so the owner can be there to hand over the keys. • Call or WhatsApp straight from your booking once it is approved, and add your phone number when you sign up so the owner can reach you. • Each room shows its own amenities and details, and Book Now on a room's page opens the booking on that room. • If an owner says you never arrived, you get a notification and can answer in the app. If you did stay, our team calls you both before anything is decided. • Some bookings now ask you to confirm you are still coming shortly before arrival. • Tapping a notification opens the page it is about, and photos load faster.

• Discounted prices are finally right. When an offer applies, the booking total shows what you actually pay, with the full price crossed out beside it, and our service fee is now worked out on the reduced price too. • Offers that need a longer stay now appear on listings instead of staying hidden, and they say what it takes to get them, such as "from 2 nights". • If Apple did not pass on your name when you signed in, we now ask for it once, so your booking requests go through instead of failing at the last step. • Listing pages open noticeably faster, especially on slower connections. Photos now load at the size they're actually shown instead of full resolution, and the video preview no longer downloads the whole clip just to show a paused first frame.

• Announcements from Find-Home now arrive with pictures and video, not just text. Tap one to open it and play the video full screen. • An important announcement opens in the app so you do not miss it. Close it once and it will not come back, and it stays in your notifications if you want to read it again. • Pictures attached to a notification finally show up. They had been sent with bookings and property updates all along without ever being displayed.

• Owners now have until six hours before a guest actually arrives to answer a request. The countdown used to run from midnight the night before, so requests expired up to a day early and Approve then failed with an unclear error. • When a request can no longer be approved, the app says why: it expired, the guest withdrew it, or it was already answered. • Listings that accept same-day bookings no longer grey out the next two days in the check-in calendar. • Owners can reply to booking requests over WhatsApp, and choose whether to hear from us there. • Agents keep their listings visible but read-only once their registering contract ends.

• Calling off a request an owner has not answered yet keeps it in your bookings as cancelled, instead of erasing it. The owner sees it was withdrawn, and you can look it up later. • A cancellation notice now names who actually cancelled, so an owner's decision is never mistaken for ours. • Find Home links now open straight in the app, on the exact listing or page you tapped. • Opening the site on your phone offers you the app, and remembers if you would rather stay on the web. • The website no longer shows a blank screen while it loads. • Explore suggests the other kind of stay when a search comes back empty. • Removing a filter refreshes the results right away. • People looking in a town now hear about a new listing there. • Clearer labels on listing and booking cards, so you know what each number counts. • The app no longer opens on a blank dark screen while it starts up.

• Once your stay is over the booking says so: no change requests on a stay you have left, and no waiting on an answer you already gave. • Book a place again as soon as your stay there ends. • Owners decide on every request themselves, and can accept one even when the app counts the place as full. • Extending a stay now works on nightly places. It was failing on all of them. • Fixed a false "You are offline" that could block the bottom buttons.

Up to 5 bookings at a time You can now hold up to five active bookings at once. Want another? Cancel one from My Bookings first. This keeps places free for people who are ready to move, instead of tied up in requests nobody follows through on. Approval confirms your booking When a host approves your request, the booking is confirmed there and then. There is no second step to remember, and no window where you think you have a place and the host thinks you do not. Clearer booking changes When you ask to change a booking, the app now tells you upfront whether the host has to approve the change or whether it applies right away. • Agent-managed listing: Some homes are looked after by a local agent for the owner. Unlock a chat with the agent for a small, clearly shown fee, arrange a viewing, and pay your rent directly to the landlord, in person. • A booking you both confirm: A booking is now completed only when you and the agent both confirm it. Your refundable agent fee is released to the agent only once you've both agreed you've secured the home and if it doesn't work out, it comes straight back to you. • Smoother unlock and paymen: We fixed an issue where paying to unlock a chat could show an error if your session had timed out. The app now recovers on its own, or simply asks you to sign in again. • Rent safely, always: You only ever pay the fees shown in the app. Never pay rent online or hand money to the agent rent is paid to the landlord, in person, at the property. On agent-managed homes, the price you see is the real rent, with nothing added on top.
