Welcome to Steady. This is our first version, and we built it for the woman on a GLP-1 who is doing her best and deserves more than a dose logger. Everything is here from day one. Log your dose in seconds, and let Steady rotate your injection sites so you never bruise the same spot twice. Reach a protein target set for your weight and your dose, because the point was never just a smaller number. It was keeping the muscle underneath it. Check in on fourteen GLP-1 symptoms in one pass, and watch the patterns surface before your next shot instead of after. See your weight as a trend line, not a Tuesday verdict. Talk to the Steady Coach, who knows your week and not your demographic, and answers grounded in your own logged data. When something belongs with your prescriber, the Coach tells you plainly. And because your cycle changes everything, Steady coaches across all four phases, protects lean muscle, and keeps period tracking woven in with the rest. Your first seven days are free. What's new in this version: • Estimated Medication Levels. A new chart showing roughly how much GLP-1 is active in your body over time, so you can see why your appetite and side effects shift across the week and after a dose change. • The Coach now goes deeper into the science. Ask why you've stalled, or why a symptom is hitting harder this week, and it explains what's actually happening in your body in plain language, so you can see what's going on in your journey instead of guessing. • Weight Journey now shows your doses and cycle phases under the weight line, so day-to-day swings make more sense in context. • New BMI and progress metrics on the Progress tab. • Minor bug fixes and performance improvements.
