Your sessions are safe now. If a session ends while Neurowave is in the background — or the app closes mid-session — it still reaches your history. Reminders now work. Notifications weren't reaching devices at all. That's fixed, and they now arrive at the right hour for your time zone. Also: sessions that end when you fall asleep are saved correctly, and sessions that run past their target keep their true length.

When a session ends you get your Session Signature: the line, how long you held, how many pickups, and a card with your name on it to share. When a focus session starts on your iPhone, the websites you chose are blocked on your computer until it ends. THE SHIELD Lock your distracting apps for exactly the length of a session. You pick them privately with Apple's Screen Time picker - Neurowave never sees your list.
