Drivers can now mark individual fuel cards as self-paid. Those costs still reduce the load's net value but are excluded from expected settlement deductions. For $700 of fuel with $175 paid personally, the expected settlement fuel deduction is $525. Adds English/Spanish controls for current and saved trips, shared fuel cost and settlement calculations, clear comparison summaries, and discrepancy handling that flags actual unexpected carrier charges without flagging correctly excluded fuel. The setting applies to diesel, DEF, and reefer fuel on the card. Existing records retain their previous behavior through optional JSON fields and normalization; no database migration is needed. Reimbursement is reserved in the data model without exposing a new reimbursement flow.

Adds an editable Rate per Mile value to mileage-based trip cards. Defaults new trips to the rate configured in Settings and persists trip-specific overrides.
