MEMBERSHIPS & RENEWALS — Track recurring renewals like AQHA, USEF, and breed or association memberships. Set a reminder, log the cost, and save a link straight to the renewal page so it's there when it's due.
CONTACTS — Roles for vet, farrier, trainer, hay supplier, feed store, and more. Pin contacts to specific horses or keep them barn-wide.
WEIGHT & BODY CONDITION — Log weight with optional BCS notes. Don't have a livestock scale? The built-in weight tape calculator estimates body weight from heart girth and body length, with the length saved per horse for next time.
FEED & SUPPLIES — Hay, grain, supplements, bedding. Track bale type, cut, flake count, and weight. Per-bag tracking shows "Bag 1 of 4" so you know exactly where you stand.
ORDERS & PICKUPS — Add stock from a delivery or a Tractor Supply run with the same flow. Today's date logs an in-hand pickup; a future date schedules a delivery. Mark received and inventory updates automatically.
