Quieta Scan turns paper schedules, flyers, school handouts, sports sheets, camp calendars, and event notices into reviewed calendar events. Open the scanner, capture the page, and Quieta Scan reads the schedule on device. It finds dates, times, titles, and locations, then gives you a review queue before anything is saved. Use it for: - school calendars and classroom handouts - sports practices, tournaments, and team flyers - camp schedules and activity sheets - clinic, club, and community event notices - printed schedules that should end up on your calendar Quieta Scan is intentionally simple. It does not create a family network, publish shared calendars, or store events in a Quieta account. You stay in control of the final calendar destination. How it works: 1. Scan a flyer or schedule. 2. Review the event drafts. 3. Fix anything uncertain. 4. Save the events to Apple Calendar. Quieta Scan uses Apple's native scanning and calendar tools where possible, including document capture, on-device text recognition, and EventKit calendar export. The app is built around review before save, so a blurry flyer or odd layout does not silently clutter your calendar. Privacy-first by design: - included with Quieta Pro - no Quieta family sync - no shared Stream - no Q codes - no Quieta-owned calendar destination - no scanned flyer or calendar-event writes to Quieta's backend Quieta Scan is a standalone utility for one job: get the dates off the paper and into the calendar you already use.
