Drawings, contracts and project files are read on your device in hYYa Vault — switch to hYYa Cloud when the job is bigger.
• Quantity surveyors: take off a drawing to Excel — lengths, areas and counts from the drawing's own geometry, at the scale you set.
• Apple Intelligence — on iPhone, iPad and Mac that support it, chat with Apple's on-device model, with nothing to download.
• Contracts administrators: review a contract or notice — each finding quotes the clause, with the notice periods worked out for you to check.
• Document controllers: ask across a project's documents — specifications, RFIs, transmittals, scans — and every answer cites its page.
• Data entry: turn invoices, purchase orders and receipts into Excel rows, each value matched to the page it came from.
• Engineers: chat with specifications, reports and DXF drawings on your own machine.
hYYa VAULT — THE OFFLINE ENGINE
The AI runs on your device. No account, no cloud, no internet. Your documents and conversations never leave it.
• Chat — a local model at full speed, completely offline. Download a model once and it stays on your device; nothing downloads until you choose.
• DataLens — add PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets, presentations or scans and ask questions about them. Answers cite the passage they came from, and scanned pages are read on-device (OCR).
• Studio — turn those documents, or any answer, into real deliverables: Excel workbooks with live formulas, Word reports with a cover page and contents, PowerPoint decks with editable charts, and self-contained interactive dashboards.
• Quantity Surveyor — a layered CAD file (AutoCAD DXF) gives a take-off per service, each on its own layer; a PDF drawing gives whole-drawing totals, measured from the drawing's real geometry at the scale you set. Multi-sheet sets are measured sheet by sheet, and anything that can't be measured is named rather than dropped.
