tap and tells you exactly what you are owed — tips and overtime included.
Here's how it works: open the app, tap START when your shift begins,
tap STOP when it ends. Your hours and pay are calculated instantly.
No accounts. No uploads. No tracking by default — your timesheet stays
on your iPhone unless you choose to turn on sync.
Whether you are a bartender pulling double shifts, a freelancer billing
three clients in the same week, or a tradesman jumping between job sites,
PunchCard is built to be the fastest way to record what you worked
and prove what you earned.
Track multiple jobs, each with its own hourly rate, currency, and
overtime rules. Add tips and unpaid breaks where they belong. The
Timesheet view shows your week at a glance with running totals at
the bottom. Mistakes happen — tap any shift to edit start time, end
time, breaks, or tips, or select several shifts at once to reassign
them to a different job or delete them together.
When payday rolls around, the Reports tab summarizes regular pay,
overtime, weekend bonus, and tips by week, month, year, or any custom
range. Export the whole period as CSV, XLSX, or PDF in one tap, then
send it to your accountant, your manager, or your own records.
Add a Home Screen or Lock Screen widget to see today's hours and pay
at a glance. Turn on optional reminders if you forget to clock out, or
optional location-based reminders for when you arrive at or leave a
job site — PunchCard only ever asks you to confirm, it never starts
or stops a shift on its own.
Lock PunchCard with Face ID or Touch ID to keep your hours and pay
private. If you want your jobs and shifts to follow you across devices,
turn on iCloud Sync — your data still never touches a third-party
server, only Apple's own private iCloud. No advertisements. No
analytics. No third-party SDKs.
