PulNama is a record-keeping and business-management tool. It does not issue loans, hold funds, process card or bank payments, transfer money, execute foreign-exchange transactions or provide investment services. Smart settlement calculates and records mutually agreed offsets between existing ledger balances; no funds move through PulNama.

Customer statement
Get a full PDF statement for any customer — every credit and payment with date, description and running balance — and send it straight to their WhatsApp.
Two-way balance
If your shop owes a customer and you then record a credit, it settles that debt first and only the remainder is recorded. Each currency is handled separately.
Shop debt to customer
When a customer overpays or has no debt, that amount is recorded as your debt to them and shown in the statement.
