You can attach photos to meals, a new Steps card on the Fitness tab and refinements to the meal-template editor, number formatting, and keypad screens.

Trainers can now open each client in their own immersive Nutrition & Fitness space and see their health metrics (strain, recovery, sleep, heart rate); plus a new Recap tab with weekly and monthly insights, BMI scale, full-screen progress photos, a personal nutrition library of saved meals and day plans, and trainer-built weekly meal plans synced to clients.

Save favorite meals for one-tap logging, faster and cleaner food search, and more accurate Strain, Recovery, and Sleep.
