CUSTOM PAYMENT METHODS Create your payment methods in Profile, with name, icon (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and more) and preferred currency. The expense form remembers your last used method. SHARED EXPENSES Split a dinner with friends? Turn on "Shared expense", enter the total and number of people: your budget counts only your share, with the total always visible alongside. BUSINESS TRIPS Mark a trip as business and tag individual expenses accordingly: find them in a dedicated budget section and in statistics, ready for expense reports. EXCEL EXPORT Besides PDF, export all expenses as CSV compatible with Excel and Numbers: date, category, amount, method, personal share and work flag in separate columns. PACKING LIST TEMPLATES Save any trip's packing list as a reusable template and apply it to future trips, with an "add missing" or "replace all" option. Syncs across all your devices. GUIDED POST-TRIP JOURNAL When you're back, a notification guides you step by step: rating, top and flop moments, 3 cover photos and your story, followed by a back-home checklist. Plan on your Mac, check on your phone — always in sync. Categorized Packing Lists: Organize your packing into categories (Documents, Clothing, Tech, Health, Misc) with per-category completion counters. Better Layover Management: Add stopovers directly in the flight form, with total duration, next-day arrival support, and a clean layover summary in the timeline. Distinct Check-in / Check-out: Hotel cards now show separate icons and labels for arrival and departure, sorted by time within the same day. Opens on Today: The itinerary now automatically scrolls to today's events if your trip is active, or to the first day otherwise. Daily Summary Notification: Get a morning briefing at 8:00 AM with your first 3 events of the day. Enable it from the itinerary notification settings. Expenses Sorted by Date: Expenses are now listed newest first, with a sort toggle in the toolbar. Contextual Activity Icons: The icon picker now surfaces the most relevant SF Symbols based on event type (Flight, Hotel, Culture, Food, Sport, and more).
