SnapMind Teams is the command center for school and club athletic programs. One app for coaches, athletes, parents, boosters and staff, in your program's name, logo and colors.
FOR COACHES
Open the app and see what needs you today: who has not paid, who has not signed, who has not answered, and one tap to fix it.
- Family records: every athlete and family on one page, with notes, tags and follow-ups
- Registration, tryout scoring with several coaches, and a season board from interested to on the roster
- Announcements with read receipts, team chat, and email that shows it was delivered
- Calendar with arrive times, uniforms and buses, RSVPs and attendance
- Fees: families pay by card into your program's own Stripe account; cash and checks recorded in one tap
- Forms, waivers and paperwork with expiry dates, signed on the phone
- Game day: lineups, depth charts or lines for your sport, stat sheets, results and playing time
- Safety: a lightning delay clock, heat checks, concussion return to play and staff credentials

BUILT BY DIVISION I ATHLETES
SnapMind was built by former University of Miami and Michigan State football players who competed at the highest level. Every feature was designed from inside a real program.
Programs are set up at usesnapmind.com. Athletes, parents and boosters join with a team code or an invite from their coach. Parental consent is required for athletes under 18.
