SnapTrac is a receipt scanner built for freelancers, contractors, and sole proprietors who track expenses for taxes, and who are tired of cloud-dependent apps that hold their data hostage. No accounts. No login. No cloud sync. No AI guessing what's on your receipt and getting it wrong. On-device OCR pulls merchant, total, tax, and date in seconds. IMPORT - Got a digital receipt? screenshot, saved image, or photo from Files? Tap Import and SnapTrac runs the same on-device parsing on it. Same flow, same privacy. EDIT - Review every field before it saves. Fix what OCR missed. Pick a category. Add notes. Your call, every time. SAVE - Stored locally in an encrypted database on your device. Receipt photos live in an app-private folder excluded from iCloud and Google backup. EXPORT - Generate a CSV in the format QuickBooks imports cleanly, or POST receipt data to your own Zapier, Make, or n8n webhook.
