When you finish, you get structured feedback in seconds: scores across structure, clarity, relevance, and conciseness, plus specific strengths to keep, things to work on, and a one-line summary of how the session landed.
Every session lands in your history. The Progress tab visualizes your trajectory across 7 days, 30 days, or all-time, with score trends, filler-word counts, words-per-minute, current streak, best session.
