This resubmission addresses the review feedback. Version bumped to 1.3.22+28. Article create/edit accepts YouTube URL/video ID. Article detail shows embedded in-app YouTube player. Native share added via share_plus. YouTube OAuth actions are scaffolded but disabled: YOUTUBE_OAUTH_ACTIONS_ENABLED=false “Post comment to YouTube” is hidden until OAuth verification is approved. Existing MedicoHub article comments remain the production-safe comment path. Google sign-in now remains visible on Windows as an explanatory disabled option, while staying enabled for Android/iOS/web. Windows Firebase email/password sign-in now has a REST fallback for the intermittent firebase_auth/unknown-error. The long red Firebase stack trace is no longer shown directly to users; technical details stay in console. Added backend /health endpoint so the GET /health check no longer produces a 404 after backend restart. Article editing is now easier to find: edit buttons appear in Doctor Publishing and inside article detail view for admins/article authors.
