Every lab result, scan and report in one encrypted library that reads them for you — on iPhone, iPad and Mac, with your own AI key or none at all. Deltion keeps your medical history in one place — on your iPhone, iPad and Mac, encrypted, and nowhere else. Add a lab result, a discharge letter, an MRI report or a photo of a prescription. Deltion files it, reads it, and shows you what changed since last time. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Every document is encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM and protected by iOS File Protection. • No account, no analytics, no tracking, and no server of ours — ever. • Optional Face ID / Touch ID lock on the whole app. • Optional iCloud sync moves your library between your own devices through your own iCloud account — never a server of ours. Document files are sealed before they leave the device, with a key only your devices hold. UNDERSTAND YOUR RESULTS • Deltion pulls out findings, values and reference ranges, and flags what falls outside them. • When a report prints no reference range, Deltion fills in the typical adult one — marked as such, so it is never confused with your laboratory's. • Scanned and photographed documents are read with on-device OCR first. • Ask a follow-up question about any document in plain language. • Every summary shows its provenance: which model read the document, and whether it read the page images too. AI ON YOUR TERMS • By default Deltion reads your documents on the device itself, with Apple Intelligence — nothing leaves your iPhone, nothing to pay. • Prefer a cloud model? Bring your own key for Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini and pick the model and answer language. Your key never leaves the Keychain. SEE THE TREND • Every measurement charted over time against its reference range. • Compare any two tests side by side with a delta table and a plain-language summary. • Export a health report as PDF or CDA, or share a single document. ON IPHONE, IPAD AND MAC • One purchase, three layouts: a tab bar on iPhone, a sidebar and two-column library on iPad, and a native Mac app with a proper window and menu bar. • On iPad and Mac the library stays on screen while you read a document beside it. • Drag a PDF, photo or DICOM study straight in from Files or the Finder. • ⌘N adds a document; ⌘1–⌘5 move between tabs. • Your library syncs between your own devices through your own iCloud account. BRING IN WHAT YOUR PROVIDERS HOLD • Import the FHIR export a patient portal gives you when you ask for your own records — lab results, conditions, medications, immunizations, procedures, allergies and report conclusions, read entirely on your device. • On iPhone and iPad, import vitals from Apple Health and Apple Watch. • Write measurements from your results back to Apple Health. FOR MORE THAN ONE PERSON • Keep records for your partner, your children or a parent you care for in the same library. • Each person's documents, trends and comparisons stay separate — switch between them in a tap. • Removing someone never deletes their records. IMAGING • Open the disc your hospital gave you. Deltion reads DICOM — MRI, CT, PET, X-ray, ultrasound and more — entirely on your device, and never sends a scan anywhere for analysis. • Whole studies import on iPad and Mac, where a folder of thousands of files can be reached; single scans open on iPhone too. It is a way to carry and read your scans, not a radiology workstation. REMINDERS • "Repeat in six months" becomes a reminder you actually get.
