Nights you didn't record, fixed — and now with a sleep score. • Nights from Apple Health that you didn't record show up in Nights again. In 1.3 they could go missing when Health had data between nights. • Those nights now get a sleep score from what Apple Health measures: how long and how deeply you slept. • Last night leads your morning briefing, even when you didn't record it. • Insights' weekly view now shows those nights too, as fainter bars, and counts them in your average score.

Apple Watch, nights you didn't record, and cleaner hypnograms. • What your Watch noticed: breathing disturbances, breathing rate, heart rate and HRV beside what was heard, plus the nights it sent a sleep apnea notification for, with their recordings. Free. • Premium adds how your heart answered each snore, gasp and cough, a silent tap on the wrist when you snore (off by default; needs a paired Apple Watch), a summary with recordings to share with your doctor, and 12 weeks of snoring against your Watch's numbers. • Nights from the past week that you didn't record now open too, with their sleep stages from Apple Health, marked "Not recorded". • Cleaner hypnograms when more than one app or device writes sleep to Apple Health, and a night picks up its stages when your Watch syncs them late. • Short snores and brief movements are no longer dropped from the night. • "Talking" now counts only what was recorded, so you can play every one. Sounds you label yourself appear in What We Heard, and clip counts stay right after you delete a sound.

Never forget to stop a night's recording again: • Lock Screen and Dynamic Island: while a night records you now see the elapsed time, sounds captured so far, and a Stop button — no unlocking needed. Turn it off in Settings → Notifications if you prefer a quiet Lock Screen. • Wake-time reminder: 30 minutes after your wake time, if the night is still recording, a notification lets you stop it with one tap. • Stop automatically (optional): end the night by itself 90 minutes after your wake time. Both use the wake time from your sleep profile.

Fixed a crash when using Test mic in Settings. You can now test microphone sensitivity, stop, and test again. Also includes a one-time invitation to Drift’s 14-Night Bedtime Challenge for users with wearable sleep-stage data.

Thanks for using Sleep Talk & Snore Recorder! • The night chart now places every captured sound on the sleep stage it happened in — a dot in the sound's own colour on the REM, Core or Deep band — instead of a line across the whole chart. Sounds a few minutes apart merge into one marker with a count. • Removing a single sound is now easy: each clip has a ⋯ menu with Delete Clip, or swipe left on the card. Handy when the phone hears a passing motorcycle instead of you. • Fixed: Settings → Delete Everything could fail with "Couldn't delete everything" and leave your data in place. It now removes every night, clip and sound event.

A deeper night review: • Every captured sound now shows the sleep stage it fell in, how far into that stage, how long after bedtime, and whether you woke shortly after (with Apple Health sleep stages). • New Session facts: how long you took to fall asleep, your longest unbroken sleep, how many REM periods you had, and when the first one began. • Sounds by Stage now shows a per-hour rate, and What We Heard tells you which half of the night was busiest. • Sleep Science: short, sourced notes chosen from your own night — why talking clusters before dawn, what a normal Core share is, and more. The full list lives in Settings. • Nights now show the weekday, not just the date. Two corrections for Apple Watch users: the all-night "in bed" record no longer paints an Awake band across the hypnogram or inflates time awake, and the Depth pillar is now measured as deep + REM share of time asleep against the published 33–48% range — so scores for nights with stage data may shift a little.

The recording night can no longer be deleted from under itself, and the session now survives if its night disappears. • The Tonight screen no longer redraws behind a locked screen on every snore or breath — less background work over a long night. • A stuck transcription can no longer block every later transcript and the morning summary; it now times out and is retried at the next launch. • Small fixes to the breathing orb animation when the app leaves the foreground.
