WALK TO EARN
Every 500 steps you walk — measured from Apple Health — earns 15 minutes of app-use time. Walk to the shop, take the stairs, pace during a call: it all counts. Wear an Apple Watch? Steps from your iPhone and Watch are merged the way the Health app merges them, so a walk never counts twice.
UNLOCK FROM THE SHIELD
Open a locked app and Stride's shield appears instead. Tap once and your earned minutes start the pass — no detour through another app. The shield even shows how many more steps you need when you're out of time.
TIME ONLY SPENDS WHEN YOU DO
Minutes are metered by actual app use. Close the app and the clock stops; whatever you don't use stays banked for the rest of the week. When the budget runs out, your apps re-lock automatically — no timers to babysit.

A Monday-start step chart with your daily average and best day, an "App Time" breakdown of minutes earned vs used vs ready to spend, estimated distance, and a history of every pass — how long you stayed and what you saved.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Stride reads step counts from Apple Health (never writes to it) and uses Apple's Screen Time APIs to lock the apps you choose. Your Screen Time activity and your steps never leave your device. There is no account, no server, nothing to leak.

SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
Stride Pro is available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
